I started leaning into agents. I build apps on the side of my full time job and with managed apps I now have over 20 agents working together to help me scale. 8 of those are dedicated to app development — front end, back end, QA, security, UX, feature parity between Android and iOS, an architect, etc. My last few submittals to App Store Connect have been flawless because of this setup. I keep Cowork dispatch on my phone so if I want something worked on while I'm away from the house I just send the instructions. I'm even helping one of my best friends with his business; I treat it like my own so when he makes a request I send it through dispatch. I asked Claude to create a business continuity plan where I can completely run my business without it. What I didn't expect was that 60-70% of the local tools and setups I installed to be independent of Claude actually made Cowork better. Like I set up the escape hatch and accidentally upgraded the main system. What I get for $100-200 a month with Cowork is multiple resources worth of support. I'm a solo entrepreneur with a full time job and this setup lets me operate like I have a small team.
